Old age has its own culture as a crime. In this world, it is difficult to find a place where there is no offense. The only difference is the type of system and crime. Kidnapping, raping, murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping, such as issues of crime is rampant everywhere in the world. Crime rates and crime are different types of developed and undeveloped countries. Advancement of knowledge and technology to developing countries, law, computer and Internet use in developing countries where the majority of crimes such as murder, kidnapping, we, as a direct witness to the crimes, raping, girl, trade, etc.

There are several reasons why the crime rate is increasing worldwide. Lack of education, greed, sloth, and the soaring crime rate in the general causes of poverty. Many other socio economic issues that still need to work in developing countries. Developed countries for human rights is the only formula. Although people in the 21st century, where they eat live food and clothes to wear home. Gender equality, education, and safety in these communities are far away. Crimes of poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, natural disasters, family and social influences, such as that associated with many socio economic issues. A society is not only safe, crime-free living and return to the education of the people, and you can distinguish between good and evil. Utilitarian approach, the universalism approach will develop slowly as they become adults.

Crime Control Barrier:

* The laws of Nepal itself is enough to strengthen laws to control crime. People who take advantage of this law and the various errors.
* Impunity: the crime rate there will be some control over the contents of impunity was against the provision. But government officials responsible for the crime and is easily found out. Impunity of crime, even more than before because they feel there is always someone to protect them is encouraged.
* Inefficiency of the police: Police in Nepal is very ineffective. Training in modern techniques of crime investigation is appropriate and may be due to the absence. And it takes years to resolve a simple case of people do not trust police officers. When people do not believe the police where they are going to be justice?
* Forensic Techniques: Advancement of forensic methods, such as the lack of crime and crime as the cloud system is unable to provide appropriate support.
* Slow court proceedings: the court because of the inefficiency of the increased crime rate. In case it takes a year to settle down.
* Lack of education: lack of education is certainly a huge factor to consider because the people of this state can not decide what is good and what is bad. Evil with good intensions in his influential words spoken by these ignorant people are easier to drive and can easily encourage them to crime. The interesting thing is that people here do not realize that they are committing a crime.

How can crime be reduced?

I have many ideas on how to prevent the crime rate like in Nepal. Child care programs to improve children’s personality and give them appropriate information about the good and bad things can be designed. So that “free education for all applications” provided that no child should have the right to deprive that person of education. Family support programs for child care and foster family to the United States and can be designed. Nepal, where thousands of unemployed people in employment in the new plans certainly will help to reduce the crime rate. Development of new courts and court procedures and the constitution and the law itself directly to the room to reduce crime laws can expedite reconstruction efficiency.

Criminal Justice poor country like Nepal is still too large to represent a word. Direct services that the police, jail, courts deal with crime, such as probation, parole programs should deal with specific crimes. More focus on the efficiency of the police, security services, 24-7, and advanced training in crime investigation should be given. Living in a society only when they return safe and will eliminate the original crime. Education programs for the final elimination of the original crime, better child care programs, and forensic science advancements, impunity against the laws and constitution of natural and expeditious service to the police and courts to improve the efficiency of reconstruction in the disaster relief funds.
