America Before Columbus

There are many stories claim that Columbus did not even have set foot in America, let alone discover it. Columbus is believed to have discovered America in 1492 by North America. Before the Americans lived in teepees and temples, but had other habits compared to their European counterparts.

The history of Indian Americans is dated in 1902. They are from different backgrounds with stratified social classes of the less educated to highly educated, rich and poor. The great Indian Americans to inhabit America were Sikhs sometimes designated as Punjab. They traveled from India, bringing their families to find jobs in America.

While Indian Americans have Indian ancestry, there is the population in America has increased enormously. From 200 in 1902 to over 2.15 million so far, they have diversified their economic background and now own multinational companies, organizations and businesses in almost all parts of the world.

According to Charles Mann, author of the new revelations of the Americas before Columbus, published in 2005, he claims that Indian Americans were in great numbers in the Western Hemisphere before Columbus discovered America. They had high degree of cultural promotion.

Although the history of Indian Americans has put offside, their origin has diversified. They came from Fiji, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, United Kingdom, Jamaica, Canada, Guyana and Malaysia, where populations continue to increase.

United States has the largest population of Indian Americans. They are very religious and have profound effects in American history. They lived in America for a long time during the discovery of America.

The very cerebrated his Indian American Nobel laureates Har Gobind Khorana, Subramanya Chandrasekhar and Raghuran Rajan for their winning the Nobel Prize for medicine, physics and economics in 1968, 1983 and 1998 respectively.
