Animals: More Human Than Humans

What can we say about animals? They are warm, loving, always there to our affection, love to put it simply, and to be loved. For many animals, especially small animals, it is a simple life, they are able, in the houses where they are welcomed and treated as a lead member of the family. In a perfect world this would be the scenario that all animals would be for each one of them going to be. Unfortunately this is not a perfect world, the reality is there are many animals that are beaten, abused, and downright inhumane by owners who take their questions on an innocent animal fighting can not re-elect addressed. For these unfortunate lost pets, they are really more human than the people whose care they live.
We see this kind of behavior, where we turn, it is sad to say, walking down the street, the echoing sounds of a person screaming their pet, which quickly turns around violence and the cries of the innocent animal to pursue our thoughts as we are forced to leave it. There are the ads from the SPCA or organizations similar in nature, the show hit, hurt, lost and scarred pets who were by the cruel habitat they raised were rescued, their eyes, in such broken pain, opting for a house which will be begging for them humanely, a home where they are loved. It breaks our heart to see that kind of pain these innocent animals to know that the cause, because a person is a person who can fully exercise of any way in control of his / her pet, regardless of the deep pain he / she actually cause. Even worse, many of these cruel owners forget that they themselves do something wrong, when in reality a pet burning moral and what should be legally available, is as false as the domestic violence against a spouse or a child.
Now many people will argue that the animals may not be as innocent as she argues, for example, appear to bite a dog to be as dangerous as a man with his fist. While there is truth that a dog bite can be painful and potentially infectious, though most dogs treated right, just hit and bite into a defensive mechanism, as if they can not see or sense someone sneaks up on their back. Studies have shown that animals are treated respectfully and with the care that a child would be shown in return, very quiet, very comfortable in return and as such are not violent by nature. To then say that a dog bite in a position to justify a person violently attacked the dog in return is ridiculous, are by nature to be loving and gentle animals unless they are treated, unbearable. It may be a cliché, but the old rule “Treat others the way you like to be treated like” is more than valid only in social scenarios with other people.
Animals have rights which are as valid as if people and those who choose to ignore it, it should be punishable laws set against them. Children who are rescued from abusive families, their punishment shall be imprisonment offenders lead (s), then for pets, there should be no difference. Abuse is abuse, whether an innocent child or an innocent animal, domestic violence is a punishable crime, and animal rights advocacy of which should be enforced. Adjustments to the laws are needed to help save more animals that are caught between a rock and a hard place in the homeless strays or victims of abuse. We humans have the humanity in us a need to use reason and that the inherent goodness, for those who can not stand up for themselves.
Now, people can sometimes go too far in their protests, a recent example is the PETA member from the States who came to Canada and proposed a pie in the face of one of our members of Parliament. Granted, for those of us, all the politicians for their inherent greed, sense of entitlement, and corrupt nature of the sight of one of them with a cake was beating so hard, it could almost break her nose hate hilarious, but the very simple act of violence how can it be hypocritical contradiction to what the member of PETA was trying to oppose. As an advocate of animal rights and the fight against animal cruelty does not give you the right to leave your country to come to another country, and attack to make a member of the government of that country, to your point. Peaceful protests, rallies, they can make the point and may need attention, gather to spread the message. Ultimately, this is the most important goal of all these struggles for animals, for all good reasons to spread the message, build awareness, to incite change to help others.
We all see this cruelty to animals on a regular basis, it is heartbreaking and a compassion for these innocent animals fight not for himself. Done properly, can help to offset the progress made those who will wish to be loved by damage from a pet who just wants a quiet home. We all have our voices and can contribute to this terrible crime, do not let these animals lost in the wind are forgotten. They need our help and to know by simple, we can help make a change for the better.

Child and Women Sex Trafficking Fastest Growing Crime - In America

In several monthly news show announcing a further proposal in the child sex trade. Not so often mentioned is the thousands of "unsolved" cases involving the fastest growing crime in America - human trafficking. Tasks forces such as the functioning Guardian Angel, a unique undercover law enforcement to the demand for child prostitutes, is helping bring to justice many.
Too many cases
Some all-too common examples of recent stories:

    A young women were smuggled from Mexico to New York just to become a sex slave and prisoner, forced to prostitution with up to fifteen customers a day. When the child died because the kidnappers refused to seek treatment, the victim was forced to hide the remains of the child by its users. Charged were Domingo Salazar and his wife, Norma Mendez.
    Antoinette Davis, is charged with trafficking and felony child abuse of her child after the surveillance tape captured the accused accomplice Andrette McNeill, carrying his own five years old daughter Antoinette Hotel in Sanford, just before her body was found.

Staggering numbers of victims
The numbers are impressive, even if they are hard to come by, given the "underground" nature of the crime. Trafficking Statistics Project UNESCO described the issue: "When it comes to statistics, trafficking of girls and women is one of the many highly emotive issues which seem to overwhelm critical awareness of numbers takes the life of their own, gaining acceptance through repetition, often. little research on derivatives. "
The UNICEF worldwide is estimated that victims are women and children to 1.75 million EUR, while the FBI is more modest in a 2001 estimate of 700 000 victims. The most widely quoted in various media reports are 1.2 million women and children, which is somewhere between these two extremes.
14,500 to 17,500 trafficked into the U.S. each year
While the most frequently reported number of "victims of trafficking" is a total 300,000 in the U.S., what is most definitely known is that the number of trafficked people in the United States each year is 14,500 to 17,500 according to U.S. statistics of Ministry ( 2005).
The average age of human trafficking operation in America is connected to 12 to 14 for girls and 11 to 13 for boys. Internationally, the crime trends younger, with 12 years of age, a child prostitutes "too old" to countries such as Cambodia.
Outside the issue may seem to be worse in Thailand, for example, at least 60% of prostitutes were found to have a child with HIV-even from about 1.2 million victims worldwide, a disproportionate percentage is supposed to be American based crimes.
Revenues from this terrible crime is estimated at $ 9.5 billion dollars. The costs of doing "business" has destroyed lives, children are abused and long-term damage done to millions of victims. According to the Coalition against Trafficking in Women (CATW), "A study of 207 women are trafficked into prostitution in Europe found that the vast majority (95 percent) suffered physical and sexual abuse ..." (Zimmerman et al, 2006).
Trafficking in the U.S.
U.S. Department of Justice estimated that 200,000 U.S. children were "at risk for trafficking in the sex industry," according to Attorney General John Ashcroftt 2003. Most of these victims come from Eastern Asia, estimated at about 7,000 victims the Ministry of Justice, with up and 5,500 victims from coming from Europe and Latin America. Unlike many countries, the U.S. role in fighting the second fastest growing crime, hampered by the difficulty of prosecution.
Difficult to prosecute
Trafficking is often difficult to prosecute. According Dorchen Leidholdt, Director Center for Families Legal Services bettered Women, the "victims of sex trafficking often arises in situations where their survival depends on external compliance with the requirements of their traffickers. Victims not infrequently have to put a smile on pornographic pictures, dancing with guests, sign contracts prostitution, and even marry their traffickers, which were later used by the defense counsel to prove that the victims were "willing prostitutes" not trafficked . If all you needed was to prove the sexual abuse itself, not force, fraud or coercion, such data could either be deleted as irrelevant or deemed probative of sex trafficking. "Prosecutors have to prove coercion or violence, it is often difficult with unwilling victims who fear that they themselves may be billed.
Definition
The most common "definition" of human trafficking is less impressive than the crimes really are trying to portray. Victims of human trafficking and violence protection law (VTVPA) of 2000 describes the crime "is the recruitment, smuggling, transporting, harboring, buying or selling a person by force, threats, fraud, deceit, or coercion for the purpose of exploitation ie, prostitution, pornography and migrant labor, sweat shops, domestic servitude, forced labor, slavery, peonage or involuntary servitude. "

Rules and Regulations for Cricket Game and Equipment

Cricket is a very lively sport enjoyed by many. As such the game has evolved and spread all across the world like a virus. Every nation takes pride in winning the world cup for its country. In India the sport is followed pretty passionately that they consider few of their players to be Gods.

Cricket is played in two formats. One format is Test games and the other is One Day Internationals. Totally there are 10 test playing nations representing the international arena and they are England, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, India, Srilanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Zimbabwe. Only the above mentioned teams participate in test games and it is primarily because of the demands of test cricket and its competitiveness. Test games are played over 5 days with 3 sessions per day. 90 overs to be bowled in a day and each team play two innings respectively. Players play in whites clothing and a red ball is used which is changed after every 80 overs in an innings.

The team which scores more runs than their opponent carries those runs as lead runs into the 3rd inning. If the team batting second has a deficit of more than 200 runs than the first team which batted, the first team is allowed to make their opponents follow on thereby the team bats in the third innings instead of the 4th innings. There are no fielding restrictions in a test game and the captain of any side can place his fielders almost anywhere. A bowler is allowed to bowl 3 bouncers in an over. The game is considered to be drawn if the game goes into the 5th day and all of the 90 allotted overs are used eventually.

One day is a different game all together. Each side plays only 1 innings of 50 overs respectively. The teams play with a white colored cricket ball and colored clothing. The white ball is used since red balls are difficult to spot when played in colored clothing. In this format at world events such as the world cup, teams such as Netherlands, Ireland, Canada, USA, Bermuda, UAE, Scotland, Kenya, Afghanistan etc also take part.

The ODI games have the concept of fielding restrictions unlike the test games. 20 overs of power plays are used by both the sides with the first 10 overs of it being mandatory and the last 10 is divided equally among teams and they choose to take it whenever they want. As per the mandatory first 10 overs only 2 fielders are allowed outside the 30 yard circle. In batting and bowling Powerplays 3 fielders are allowed outside the 30 yard circle. During the remaining 30 overs at all times 4 fielders must be within the 30 yard circle and the remaining 5 can be placed anywhere along the boundaries.

An over stepping bouncer bowled by the bowler is dealt with a free hit where in the batsman cannot get out in the next ball. However, he can be run out while attempting for a run in that delivery. Only one bouncer is allowed per over in ODI's.
